- Don’t count calories over Christmas
- Honour your hunger day to day
- Focus on eating regular meals
- Increase portions if you are in a dieting phase
- Fuel yourself well
- Fill your meals with protein and high fibre foods
- ALLOW ALL FOODS WITHIN YOUR DIET
- Don’t go out on an empty stomach
