There has been a lot of excitement leading up to this recording, particularly for Johnson as Master Arcane has been a huge influence on his experiences, and particular style of D/s. 

Arcane and Daphne currently reside in Southern California and travel internationally sharing their teachings from The Crow Academy. They have even spent time living down on the bottom of the world in New Zealand, where Kitty & Johnson live.

The chemistry between these two guests is evident very soon into the interview. They have been together for 7 beautiful years and share so much love for one another.
They believe that deep respect and trust for one another is absolutely essential, as is a dedication to personal evolution. They both advocate hugely for consent and communication within the BDSM scene and give brilliant insight into the aspects of D/s that EVERYONE can benefit from.  

Johnson shares a profound and potent short story that he has given to new submissives which gives an eloquent analogy of the relationship. It speaks into the connection and flow between the two involved in the dynamic. His learnings have been influenced by the romantic and erotic style described in The Crow Academy. Master Arcane and slave Daphne carry on this conversation by speaking into how both the Dominant and submissive roles have so much power individually, as well as a creation together. 

Arcane shares his beliefs on the responsibility involved if choosing this way of life. That there needs to be a dedication to the overall wellbeing of yourself, as well as to your partner. 

The “Through the Looking Glass” analogy is used to describe the intricacy and creativity outside the traditional world of sex and intimacy. Master Arcane explains the history and alchemising of the language used (i.e. Master and slave) within the space of kink. Arcane and Daphne also articulate the difference between D/s and topping and bottoming when exploring sensation play. 

Kitty and slave Daphne have an insightful conversation about living in the polarity of being a strong, independent, confident person and also being in the role of submissive. Daphne breaks down any beliefs aligning this role with weakness or lack. She shares a view that DK Green also spoke about (in Episode.012) - that in order to have power to exchange you first need to have your own personal power.
