Description

This week we brought in our good good friend, the baby Yoda, the Dang.  A lifelong athlete as a martial artist to crossfitter, we finally convinced this young one to learn the FixFit principles and she was one of our success stories in the Concepts seminar over the past 8 weeks.  Dang has not only improved her injuries in FixFit, she also has helped correct her posture, tone herself up with FixFit Jacked, created the Pump Palace, and PR some major lifts this past weekend all injury free.  Dang inspires many in the CFS community with her tiny frame, crazy work ethic, and most of all strength.  She opens up and talks about her successes and how you can apply the mindset of an athlete by changing your intention of your workouts and use FixFit to improve your performance.  This part 1 episode is long overdue and I am positive we'll be hearing more content from Dango in the future!
