Episode #5 Grief
Description
****Trigger warning. This episode covers many topics to do with end of life, cancer and grief. Please be aware that if any of these subject matters are present for you just now in a way that feels overwhelming it may not be the best time for you to listen to this episode.
In this episode I talk about grief, my own journey through my husband Todd’s illness and his death and how I am navigating my way through grief.
I also discuss some of the topics that came in from listeners, like the new role we find ourselves in after the death of a loved one, anticipatory grief, complicated grief and grief following loss that is not associated with death.
