Ari is a Natural Figure Competitor, having competed for the first time in 2024 with an extremely successful season - taking 2nd Place in Toned Figure at PCA Yorkshire & a Top 3 Placing at the UKDBA International Championships.

In this episode, we were able to talk about all the pivotal points in Ari’s journey that led her to where she is today. Particularly, all of the valuable lessons that she as learnt along the way so far as she has navigated her bodybuilding journey.

Ari also opens up about her experience with Endometriosis and how she has navigated this alongside her competitive goals. She gives some incredible insight that will undoubtedly help so many other females know that they are not alone in their experience, and that they too, can accomplish the goals they set out for themselves
