So many women would love to get active and improve their fitness but feel like they struggle with motivation to exercise.
In this first episode I'll introduce the big issue that the fitness industry often fails to address - the 'intention-action gap' - and describe how I discovered it through my personal story of seeking fitness as a new Mum.
