For the final episode of the series I would like to share with you this special workshop that I ran recently for a small private event.

In this workshop I will share some insights into how and why your brain may be working against your plans to get more active, and I'll give you tips on how you can overcome this challenge.
I also speak about my triathlon journey, including how I got started and my eventual completion of Ironman UK. I use this as an example of some of the principles of exercise psychology at work, including competence, autonomy and relatedness.
