It seems like lately, everything I’ve been doing and sharing is in the energy of motivation, joy, excitement, and positive energy.  

 

I was recently invited by a former client to do a speaking engagement, in which we co-created a workshop for the attendees that was focused on joy. In the workshop, I led the attendees through a powerful exercise to help them tap into their own joy. 

 

One of the key parts of the exercise was meditation and visualization, and in this episode, I want to lead you through a similar guided visualization right here on the podcast.

  • It’s hard to move through grief without the hope of finding healing and joy again.

  • You need to immerse yourself in situations where your energy has the ability to stretch, expand, and grow. 

  • When you switch your energy and get out of your comfort zone, magical things happen and you begin to create without fear.
