food, body and movement. Lord knows we could all use a little help with thosethings this time of year. Diet culture December is here and New Years Resolution January is right around the corner.


I wanted to provide a little safe space for you to reflect on your relationship with food, body and movement and set intentions that are in alignment with how YOU want to show up – not how the 60 billion dollar diet culture industry wants you to show up.


 


This hypnosis is great for you if you:



  • Feel like you have more growth in the area of food, body
    or movement to be had

  • Want to reflect on the year in relation to these things
    and/or

  • Want to set intentions for the new year ahead in
    relation to these things

  • Are not sure where to go from here and are looking for some inner guidance
