Emma talks about the race that day which will go down in history as not only the first IM Cork race but one of the most insane experiences for anyone who was there. The crazy weather meant a swim cancellation and all the participants needed to mentally prepare on the fly. Emma chats about other races, how she got into Tri and also gives lots of advice on the same.
