The reality of life is that you have a body. And sometimes, because of a myriad of reasons– ie society, body dysmorphia, etc– there are days where we just hate our bodies. This is truly a universal experience and I hope this episode both equips you with tools to use on those hard days and shows you that you are not alone in this. The conversation today centers around honoring your emotions then making the active decision to help move yourself from a place of disgust with self to a place of appreciation.
