Meal prep queen Amy gives her secrets for a 30 minute meal prep to help you see that you can do this (even if you don’t know how to cook). We remind you that practice does not make perfect, but progress. Ultimately we want you to do what works best for your family, but we had a great time chatting about things that have worked well and a few failures too.
