Over the past 20 years Matthew has accumulated a wealth of experience in senior HR positions, working across all facets, and within different industries. 

In his current role of General Manager- People & Culture, as part of his Executive team, Matthew has been leading the people and culture transformation journey over the past 7 years. 

Driving digital HR transformation and employee experience within the workplace have been the catalysts in influencing positive change and engagement, culminating in being a finalist the past two years through the Australian HR Institute National Awards and HR National Awards for ‘Best use of technology’.
