• China was wetter in the North China Plain and Yellow River Basin for Days 10-14


• GFS was much wetter in western Ukraine, southeastern Poland, Romania and southern Belarus in the second week outlook

• Dry biased conditions remain advertised for eastern Ukraine into Kazakhstan


• European model is still notably wetter for France, Germany and the U.K. than the GFS model with the GFS actually reducing southern France rainfall in the latest model run
  
  
  
  • The GFS solution is more believable, although probably too dry in a few areas
