Today, especially owing to the establishment of NIS (Nazarbaev Intellectual Schools), teacher networks are becoming an increasingly attractive trend not only amongst these schools but ubiquitously. The international practice has been indicating the substantial value of networks for teacher development which has presented in the literature of British, Swiss, American and many other research. Similarly, in Kazakhstan case networking is seen as one of the key factors for teacher learning and professional development, thus as one of the approaches for school improvement. However, considering the current situation in some schools there are some restrictions to success of the networking system.
