Reaching Financial Independence After Divorce and Short Sales
Description
How many financial setbacks can a person have and still reach financial independence? Well, our guest this week has gone through it all, including a divorce and three short sales. But just 6 years later, she has reached financial independence despite having to start over and over again.
Join us this week as we interview our friend Bianca, known on her blog as Miss Mazuma. She tells us with refreshing frankness about all of her financial and relationship setbacks. Married and then divorced in just a few short years, she walked away from the marriage having lost most of what she contributed to it. Then, the Great Recession hit and she lost her entire real estate empire to foreclosures. Each time, she picked herself back up and started again. Her story is an inspiring example of how a few good money habits can triumph over a whole host of bad luck and adversity.
