In this trimester's final episode of 'Talking about', ARU Counsellor, Julie Webb, is joined by Postgraduate Researcher and Peer Wellbeing Mentor, Rachel Ownsworth, and Consultant Psychologist, Jorge Zimbron to talk about managing unstable emotions.
