Description

In today's broadcast of "Asymmetric Habits", we continue our dive into Negative Circumstances. As covered in our last episode there are times to tolerate, times to overcome, and times to change your exposure to certain negative circumstances. One useful tactic is to set deadlines. Deadlines give you time to see if circumstances will improve or can be fixed, or alternatives found, without trapping you in an endless loop of "maybe it will get better" by providing you with a specific timeframe to make a decision.
