Anna tells us about the Hospitality Workforce Shortages Survey, which has been put together by the AHA|SA to understand the challenges members are facing regarding the number and types of job vacancies. We then have a fantastic chat with Rodney Harrex, CEO of the South Australian Tourism Commission, and learn how pubs and hotels can be a part of the state's tourism-led recovery. Mandy and Mark cover off on St John’s joint initiative with the AHA|SA to get defibrillators in country pubs across the state. Mandy also asks the important question of how often you and your staff should be refreshing your first aid training.
