Brought to you by the Australian Hotels Association, SA Branch, this episode is hosted by Mandy of the Lady Daly Hotel, who takes you through a range of hospitality insights and characters from all over South Australia. We kick things off with a September message from AHA|SA CEO, Ian Horne.

Then, we travel to Lobethal with Scotty Vaughn, who sits down with Tim Ferrett of The Lobethal Hotel. Hear Tim’s thoughts on the importance of being a part of the community as a publican, and what it was like to support the Hills community through the 2019 Cuddlee Creek fires.
