Great mini book about the Clark/Bundy case
Great mini book about Carol Mary Bundy who was the accomplice of Douglas Daniel Clark aka The Sunset Strip Killer who murdered at least 6 teenage runaways and prostitutes by shooting in the head while they performed oral sex and made him climax. Clark horribly mutilated one of his victims, 20 year old Exxie Wilson and performed necrophiliac sexual acts on his victims bodies after death. Rather than being repulsed by this and immediately turning Doug in to the nearest police stations, Carol assisted him and even committed the murder of an unknown woman to make Doug happy. Also, despite the murders Doug Clark started treating Carol like crap, and would only have sex with her if she recruited their 11 year old neighbor to participate in threesomes with them (he was held on child molestation charges until the cops could indict on the Sunset Murders) and feeling stressed out, Carol confessed to her ex-lover/ ex-landlord Jack Murray and told him about her and Doug being involved in murders, but after decides that Jack cannot be trusted so she shot him repeatedly in the head and then decapitated him and disposed of the head to conceal ballistic evidence (never found) but eventually the guilt got to Carol Bundy so she confessed and implicated Clark. Eventually Clark was found guilty and sentenced to death for 5 of the Sunset Murders and Bundy was given 2 life sentences for murdering Jack Murray and Jane Doe

California true murder story
This was a very short read, enough to get me through it in one sitting. It is the story of a ruthless woman who would find men that would suit her needs, no matter the cost. She even went as far as being an accomplice in many murders, only to end up killing someone herself. A very diabolical personality who wanted nothing more than to get the love she so desperately wanted, despite the evil ways in which she would attain it. Jessi Gaines did a very good job in presenting this true crime story.

Not that great.
I'm not a big fan of short stories anyway, but I was not that impressed with the writing I thought it was a little confusing. Just not very interesting.
