Meg Murray Jones is a reflexologist and Founder of Postpartum Plan, a 'virtual village' supporting new parents through their Fourth Trimester and beyond. Meg specialises in women's health, stress, trauma and recovery through her reflexology and Postpartum Plan, providing a more holistic view of the body, mind and spirit.
