Tina Olivero sits down with us in Saint John’s, Newfoundland to talk about how she turned tragedy into an initiative that changes lives.

Tina formed a non-profit group called Guardians of Recovery following the passing of her son Ben. She discusses our country’s drug crisis, what her and Guardians of Recovery are doing to raise awareness and provide support for Canadians, and how she used her profound grief to create a movement of hope, healing, and action. She also shares an incredible story about facing death during childbirth and coming back with a renewed perspective.
