We actually need to become a different person
Description
In this episode, I talk about a very important lesson that I’ve learned during Dr. Joe Dispenza’s week-long retreat in Denver, Colorado. That the people who attend the retreats and experience healing and significant life improvements meditate with the intention of changing who they are.
Why change? Because, what’s self-improvement, self-development, and growth, without change? Do we want to change our habits and become healthier? We need to change. Do we want to better our time management so that we can up-skill and grow in our professional careers, have a larger impact, and have more wealth to live our dream lives? We need to change. Are we always finding ourselves attracting the same kind of partner, and the same kind of relationships because of who we are as a person, and what we accept, allow, and hold onto but we wish we would attract a different kind of partner, and have a different kind of relationship experience? Or perhaps we want to be in our current relationships, but we know the love and experiences can be so much better together. There can be way less fights, and way more good times. We need to change.
