In this episode I share my own personal journey with binge eating and why it took me so long to stop. I like to look at it as I struggled for 10+ years, so that you wouldn't have to.
I talk about what the early signs of binge eating are:
-The food guilt
-The non-stop snacking
-The impulsive and addictive behaviour
-The frustration and anxiety about food
-The need to be perfect
I also go into the more sciency side and talk about how dopamine and impulsivity has a huge link to binge eating, and how you can make sure you start recovering NOW.
