Drop in and ground in this 5 minute morning meditation. The chaos of life can often make us believe that we don't have time for ourselves. However, this is an illusion. Anyone can find 5 minutes in their day. Do yourself this favour. Make the time. Simply because you are worth it.
Reflect on this each morning:
What am I most grateful for?
What do I have to look forward to today?
WHat can I do differently today than I did yesterday?
