A Journey of Radical Self Love and Acceptance (Heart Chakra)
Description
Welcome to the Heart Chakra Healing Meditation. During this session, you will be guided to connect with your heart and start dissolving the walls you have built around it. This meditation can be helpful for healing or as a way to cultivate self-love and acceptance. Before starting, take a few deep breaths and observe the space around you to create a sense of safety. Once you feel secure, you can begin the meditation. If you experience any discomfort, come back to your breath and open your eyes if necessary.
After completing the meditation, take a moment to reflect on what arose for you. Your heart is a message center, what messages did it have for you? Make a note of the physical sensations, emotions, and thoughts that you encountered. What steps can you take to connect more regularly with your heart and listen to it more attentively? What actions can you take to practice radical self-love and forgiveness?
Remember to be kind to yourself and acknowledge that whatever came up during the meditation is valid and present for a reason.
