Releasing the Deep Narratives that have been Holding you Back
Description
A meditation to release a deep narrative you've been holding onto for far too long. A meditation of deep healing. Before starting, take a few deep breaths and observe the space around you to create a sense of safety. Once you feel secure, you can begin the meditation. If you feel any discomfort, return to your breath and open your eyes if necessary.
After completing the meditation, take some time to reflect on what came up for you. Make a note of the sensations in your body, your emotions, and your thoughts. What messages came through for you? Were you able to release the narrative you've been holding onto? and if not what could you do that will support you in continuing to let go of this thing that is no longer serving you? What can you learn from this narrative? Can you give it meaning before letting it go?
Remember to be kind to yourself and understand that whatever arises during the meditation is there for a reason.
