Description

In this Root Chakra Meditation, you will go on a journey to support you in to feeling more grounded and safe within your own being. This meditation will support you in letting go of fear and connecting with your surroundings on a much deeper level. Before starting, take a few deep breaths and observe the space around you to create a sense of safety. Once you feel secure, you can begin the meditation. If you feel any discomfort, return to your breath and open your eyes if necessary.


After completing the meditation, take some time to reflect on what came up for you. Make a note of the sensations in your body, your emotions, and your thoughts. What messages came through that made you feel safe? How can you invite more of this into your life? When did you not feel safe? Why? What actions can you take today that will support you in feel more grounded, secure and safe in your life?




Remember to be kind to yourself and understand that whatever arises during the meditation is there for a reason.
