We are Morning People and we deserve the power and right to act, speak, pr think as we want without hindrance or restraint. We deserve our Freedom. One of our greatest and most personal freedoms, it that of thought. You can think what you want. We really can’t say anything we want or act any way we want. But our thoughts, well we came really go for it, as we have total freedom. Our thoughts can also set us free.Just ask Frank Morris, John Anglin, and Clarence Anglin. Who in June of 1962 saw their thoughts, come to life, when they did the impossible, , bot not unthinkable, they escaped Alcatraz. When you really put your thoughts into something, anything is possible. Even Freedom.SO lets free our minds and meditate using Freedom as out Mantra. See acast.com/privacy for privacy and opt-out information.
To the ancient greek Omega was a symbol of the last, best, or final nature of something. Collectively we have spent almost 10 hours together trying to to help each other better connect to the universe and turn our desires into reality. As we reach the Omega, the journey is far from over, and we must practise meditation regularly. If you do, I promise, The benefits of abundance and happiness will be more than ample return. Our last mantra is symbolic of how we should approach the longer journey. It is a word of both intention and positive affirmation. It is how we should embrace every moment, and by doing so we can ensure positive thoughts reign supreme in our brains.SO to end this season, please jon me as we meditate using the mantra Zest See acast.com/privacy for privacy and opt-out information.
Yup, we are at Y and that can only me one thing, today we are saying Yes. Yes, it self is such a powerful word. As defined, Yes is a function word used to express agreement. But when you think about it, yes is perhaps the most positive word in the english language. It is more than a positive affirmation of agreement. It is an acceptance and willingness.Just by saying yes, you are igniting a spark or energy. As we move into a higher frequency and open our brains up to achieve our dreams. It comes at a price. The price of admission is, simple, just say Yes. Yes to the risk and potential failure. Yes to the moments of uncomfort and doubt, And, yes to being positive as we embark on the path of our desire. To reinforce the power of Yes, we will use it as our mantra today. X is commonly used to represent the unknown in both language and mathematics. It can mean Christ, like the X in Xmas, it can stand for a chromosome WOmen have 2 XX’x, and it shows up in friendly correspondence as a kiss (XOXO).It can mark a spot, and it can denote when something is missing from a spot.It is the place you sign and a signature.X is the symbol of our desire, and what we most want to do. X is how we get there. X is our miracle and our extraordinary self. But trying to say X as a mantra is not going to work.So we are going to use a word with X in it that should be a guide to where we want to be.Our mantra today is Extraordinary. I like really saying it out extra and ordinary. If we truly want to be extraordinary our thoughts must constantly be extraordinary. It is easy to have ordinary thoughts, doubt, worry, fear, those are ordinary. To bring our thoughts to a higher level we must focus on the extraordinary. And focus on what our X is we must meditate on discovering and building out our specific X. when we have free time, or our idle, we must use that time to develop and further crystalize exactly what X is and how we can make X real. Do you ever find yourself operating in a fog. By that I mean it just seems like you are ditrtacted and unable to focus or “see clearly.” I get so fogged that it becomes frustrating just trying to get a clear picture of what I need to do for the day. I have found a good tool for these situations, it operates much like a guide who steers me out of the fog and storms and into the calm smooth seas I seek. This tool is the our also our mantra today, it is the word visonaire. Just by saying it to myself, it helps lift the fog.And today we are going tousse it as our mantra to help clear our minds and open them up for all the positive thoughts and creative ideas to start flowing. “Yoko Ono once said a dream you dream alone is only a dream. A dream you dream together is reality. The essence of this is a common theme. Alone we can be strong, but together or unified we are stronger. It is no surprise that defined, Unity is a condition of harmony : continuity without deviation or change (as in purpose or action)I chose the word unity, to remind us that we need to be as balanced as possible through-out or day. This balance provides harmony in our lives. It provides unity in purpose and direction. And sometimes the best way to find that unity, is together with others. So together with all the other morning people, lets use Unity as our mantra. Our mantra today was inspired by the person whom I would consider the master of positive thinking, Norman Vincent Peale. In his book, The Power of Positive Thinking, Norman describes a technique in which you just reaffirm positive words, one example he uses is the word Tranquility. Even as he said it, I felt the stresses of the day drain away. I now often use this secret weapon of a word when I am stressed, and some how, after repeating it a few times, it always leaves me in the perfect head space.S0 lets disperse the mental crowd by meditating using the word Tranquility as our mantra. a simple and easy daily mantra meditation enhanced with isochronic tones to help rememberGrowing up I was always forgetting things. My mother was constantly reminding me to remember everything. I can still hear her saying, if you head was not bolted on, you would probably forget it.Well today I want us to work on remembering, but more specifically I want us to remember to forget. What you may be asking. That's right I want us to remember to forget. Specifically I want us to forget and let go of all those negative thoughts that creep into our daily lives.Thats right, instead of working so hard to remember all the things you need to do, let focus on remembering to forget all those things that are holding us back.Once we free ourselves of the negative thought patterns, we can move forward in a positive and high energy manner. The important part is to not force the negative thoughts out, but to replace them with positive ones. We can suppress thoughts, we have to replace them, and to remind us to replace negative thoughts with positive ones, today we are going to meditate using the mantra, Remember. a simple and easy daily mantra meditation enhanced with isochronic tones to help quiet the mindFinding the time and place is often difficult, especially in our society, where it seems there is more a rush towards sensory overload than peace and quiet. From the moment we wake up until the moment we fall asleep, most of us are bombarded both visually and audibly, it would seem like the only way to quiet our minds would be ina cave. The good news is You do not always need silence to quiet the mind.A few ways we can quiet the mind.BreatheExerciseListen to musicGo outsideYogaBeing creativeGardenAnd of course meditation. When we meditate we slow our thoughts and quiet our minds. The goal is not to suppress thoughts, but surpass them. Our goal is to detach from our thoughts. So they come and go and we are aware of them but not listening to them, just observing and watching them. See acast.com/privacy for privacy and opt-out information.
The promise is one of the oldest human-specific behaviors promoting cooperation, trust, and partnership. In 2009 at the University of Zurich, researchers found they could measure a specific activity in the brain when a promise was made and broken. What was really surprising is that they could tell when the promise was being made if it was likely to be broken. In short, they were able to measure intention. To measure this the researchers used very sophisticated instruments capable of sensing the smallest of electrical charges and measure those charges……. through our skull.Making promises is easy, but keeping them can be difficult, especially to ourselves. If I make a promise to someone else, the guilt and their reminding us, etc... helps us fulfill that promise. If we make a promise to ourselves, we often easily let ourselves off the hook for failing, but our brains (sub concious) and the universe are often still waiting, and waiting and waiting for the promise to be kept. SO the way They try to hold us to our word is through guilt and anxiety. Yes...failing to live up to the promises we make to ourselves, actually causes anxiety.Good news!! We can give our brain and the universe some closure on the promises we failed to keep, and get rid of the guilt and anxiety that could be holding us down.We can do that through meditation, and to help us to remember to let us off for those broken promises to ourselves, we are going to meditate using Promise as our mantra. a simple and easy mantra based meditation enhanced with isochronic tones to help you find your OasisI personally love having a partner or working with a team. As much as I love a little alone time, getting to collaborate on something just makes that activity a little more fun and the outcome a little more rewarding. It is a personal preference, but one that helps guide my decisions of what I choose to do.The irony, is at the end of a team project, I find I crave a little alone time. I like to retreat to my own little oasis and just be alone with myself and my thoughts. It provides me time to reflect and renergize. The Definition of an oasis: a fertile or green area in an arid region (such as a desert) : something that provides refuge, relief, or pleasant contrast And today, Oasis, and we are going to use that mantra and for something a little different, as we drift into our meidtation I want you project an image of your perfect oasis. Really hold tight to that image and use it as visual mantra with the word oasis. When your thoughts drift, go back to the image or your perfect oasis. It can be a single image, many images what ever works for you. See acast.com/privacy for privacy and opt-out information.
a simple and easy is chronic enhanced mantra based daily meditationI am the Morning Person and like a stream in the forest, you can follow me to the lake of serenity. I want to share a little bit about Shinrin-yoku (shin what?)Shinrin-yoku is the name given to the Japanese art of "forest bathing," or contemplative walks through the woods that reconnect us with nature. Some call this just getting outside, but in Japan, they put a little more intention into it, and in doing so the benefits of getting outside are increased. These benefits are being researched by Scientists, who have found evidence that being in nature has a profound impact on our brains and our behavior, helping us to reduce anxiety, and stress, and increase our attention capacity, creativity, and our ability to connect with other people.Nature bathing helps us connect with the universe, So at some point today and for as many days as you can, I want you to get outside and do an activity you would normally do indoors, outdoors. A few examples. Phone calls, take them from your garden. Exercise, walk outside instead of a treadmill. Reading - beaches are made for reading. And if you can not think of any, then just get outside and take a nice walk in the woods, or a park.To help give us some intention for our next sojourn outside, this morning we are going to meditate using the mantra Nature. a simple and easy mantra based daily meditation using isotonic tones to help find Love of yourselfFor those of you who do not know, Mac Gyver was a character on television in the United States during the 1980’s. Going with the television theme today, I am reminded of a quote by the funniest red head of all, Lucielle Ball, who once said.“Love yourself first and everything else fall into line. You really have to love yourself to get anything done in the world.” More and more i find these words from Lucy to be so true.I have personally have found that When we love ourselves we're more likely to be happy and enjoy life, because we feel happy in ourselves.Today we are focusing on Love, and specifically, loving ourselves first and foremost, and having self-respect, a positive self image and unconditional acceptance of ourselvesBut how do I love myself? You do so by investing in and working on your personal growth and development. You work on being the best you. You understand that you are human, but you acknowledge that you have the potential and spiritual capability to rise above whatever conditions and obstacles are put in your path. When you love yourself you endeavor to take care of yourself physically, mentally and emotionally. You take care to look and feel your best by nurturing your body, mind and spirit.I will let you focus on taking care of your body, and making sure you exercise and eat properly. But we are going to nourish the mind and spirit, together, using love as our mantra in today meditation. a simple and easy daily mantra based meditation with isochronic tonesDO you remember those round things the you looked through with glass inside called a Kaleidoscope. As defined, a kaleidoscope is an optical instrument with two or more reflecting surfaces tilted to each other in an angle, so that one or more (parts of) objects on one end of the mirrors are seen as a regular symmetrical pattern when viewed from the other end, due to repeated reflection. Rotation of the device causes motion of the materials, resulting in an ever-changing view being presented. With a kaleidoscope. You are always looking at basically the same fragments of glass or whatever is in the end of the thing, but as you rotate the one end the appearance changes. The same is true with our viewpoint. Often we see the same thing, but it looks different. Even our brains can do this. We think one thing, and then look from a different angle and we think very differently. We meditate using the mantra kaleidoscope to help us to remember to take another look, change your point of view and see if the situation does not look different. To remind us we can use our thoughts to adjust things if you want it to see it differently. See acast.com/privacy for privacy and opt-out information.
