a simple and easy daily mantra meditation enhanced with isochronic tones to help quiet the mind
Finding the time and place is often difficult, especially in our society, where it seems there is more a rush towards sensory overload than peace and quiet. From the moment we wake up until the moment we fall asleep, most of us are bombarded both visually and audibly, it would seem like the only way to quiet our minds would be ina  cave. 
The good news is You do not always need silence to quiet the mind.

And of course meditation.
When we meditate we slow our thoughts and quiet our minds. The goal is not to suppress thoughts, but surpass them. Our goal is to detach from our thoughts. So they come and go and we are aware of them but not listening to them, just observing and watching them.
