Our mission is to help people realize that their bodies are resilient and wonderfully made. When we encounter pain, injury, or other health issues it can certainly be discouraging. We want to talk strategies to overcome these issues.
We're also passionate about helping people to perform at their best, whether that's in a sport or in their personal fitness so that they can do the things they love, like putting their suitcase in the overhead bin through their lifespan.

This analysis utilizes 18 sensors and a 3D camera to observe runners during their runs. By studying the data collected, the analysis provides insights into various aspects of the runner's stride, highlighting areas for improvement and identifying strengths.Zone Physical Therapy breaks down the analysis data into different parts of the stride, including initial contact, mid-stance, toe-off, and swing phase. Additionally, the analysis provides metrics on cadence, ground time, stiffness, and more. Christina ensures that runners can easily understand and interpret this wealth of data without feeling overwhelmed.The 3D Gait Analysis is particularly beneficial for runners aiming to enhance their performance or dealing with persistent injuries. Christina shares a story about an elite high school runner who was passionate about running but struggled with a bone stress injury. Through the analysis, they were able to address the issue and provide targeted guidance.The podcast delves into the ideal candidates for the 3D running analysis and highlights how the software used connects to a dedicated app. This enables patients to access and review their data conveniently on their phones or laptops.
