Food prep and eating 2x a day

Stop wasting time/consolidate– eg, make a rule to only do social calls while on a walk.

What can you give up? FB, a hobby you no longer enjoy, non productive obsessions like politics or local news. 

Realize it might not be about the time –excuses—we make time for what we really want to do/think is important.
