In Today's meditation is linked to the previous meditation, in which you learned to decode your bodies language regarding your basic emotions. You will learn how to release Sadness, which is one of these basic emotions. If you have anything or anyone that has recently made you sad and you are not able to fully let go, give this meditation a try and see how you feel afterwards.
