20. Silence Meditation
Description
In today’s meditation we will uncover the depth of silence. We are so caught up in our hectic modern day life, that we often forget to take a break. Breaks in which we spend time with only ourselves - no outside distractions. Through meditation and mindfulness, we start to become aware. Aware of our unhealthy robotic habits and thoughts, aware of the social surroundings we have accumulated around us, aware of our true desires, aware of our destructive thought patterns, aware of who we are and who we want to be in this world. Sitting in silence is a big step to achieve this and many other things.
