Description

On this episode, I sit down with Amy Ballantyne, a holistic health coach and busy mom of three kids, to talk all about health and nutrition for parents and children. Since I have no expertise in this area, I've brought in an expert to help busy parents learn how to balance their own health along with the health of their kids. Amy and I start by talking about healthy habits for parents and cover sleep, nutrition, and exercise. We dive into the importance of role modeling and how the behaviors you exhibit for your kids will set the stage for the rest of their lives. Finally, we talk about nutrition and supplementation for children and how Amy has gotten her kids, even her pickiest eater, to enjoy eating veggies!

If you enjoy getting to know Amy and want to stay connected, you can find her on social at @AmyBallantyne. She is also offering a free 30 minute consultation for my listeners, which you can sign up for here. Finally, during the episode Amy talks about the multivitamin she uses with her kids, and she represents a line of supplements, which you can learn more about here
