JOIN WORKSHOP: SIP & PLAY - CELEBRATING ALL THINGS WOMANHOOD, MARCH 8TH - BERLIN

As hyper-responsible eldest daughters, many of us learn to self-soothe and regulate on our own from an early age. Reason being? Our parents simply did not have the capacity to co-regulate with us. This results in difficulties learning how to soothe our nervous systems in relation to others.

This week's episode explores practices that we can implement to co-regulate IN relationship, soothe our nervous systems in community, and rely on one another in times of stress

Topics explored:

  • Nervous system regulation

  • Self-soothing vs co-regulation

  • Practices to implement to enhance emotional intimacy
