Description

In this episode we discover the simple realisation that human suffering is the result of fighting reality or not accepting it the way it is. We practise noticing when we unconsciously do this - as we physically and mentally contract and ask life to be what it is not - and release this contraction by returning back to the here and now: to the breath, the physical sensations and the 5 senses. By practicing "closing the gap" and a experiential and conceptual level.
