#30: When You Have Big Needs, Big Sensitivity, Big Wants
Description
After years of therapy, coaching, somatic work, personal development, spiritual work and more, I felt frustrated that I still felt like a hot mess on the inside and that I couldn’t be perfectly “regulated” and symptom-free.
It wasn't until I learned (and have to keep remembering) to embrace that I am highly sensitive with big needs and big wants by default that I stopped feeling so broken.
Think of this as an audio love letter to all the highly sensitive "too much" folk who tried to heal it away and it never worked. (Especially if you too are autistic/highly sensitive/neurodivergent.)
