This is a very personal episode! It's scary when you think you're losing your mind or going crazy. 

It sucks waking up between 2-4am every single damn night, and not having any real reason why all of the sudden depression and unbridled anxiety showed up out of nowhere! 

And let's not forget the real fun part:  losing muscle, body composition changes, and fluffier mid-section. 

Okay, enough complaining.  Let's talk about what am I (and maybe you?) going to DO about it!

I'm excited to talk about my own personal journey through this hell (lucky you...it includes me forgetting words and names as I share!)...

And the best part, the path out through basic-ass daily healthy habit creation.
