7.5- Fitness in Your 50's+ with Tina Tang
Description
In this episode of The Pretty Little Lifters Podcast, I’m joined by Tina Tang. Tina’s brand is Iron Strong Fit and she’s a 54 years young certified fitness trainer, Plyometrics queen, and a women’s 50+ strength coach.
Tina got into fitness at the age of 42 and she turned to working out as the constant in her life.
Since then, she’s coached over 3,800 sessions, trained herself to get her first pull up.
She’s shared that her proudest achievements include coaching some of my female clients to their first pull ups and competing in their first powerlifting competitions. I love how Tina has a deep understanding of the needs and physical experiences of middle aged women through her lived experience!
We chat about…
-How she got into fitness at age 42
-why she loves plyometrics
-unpopular opinions
-health habits
And more!
