Likewise, if the inside of your head feels tense or needs some care and calming, you're in the right place. In this soothing practice you are guided in gingerly wrapping your brain with gentleness and nurturance.
This meditation also has a light kabbalistic overlay with a focus on the upper energetic centers (sefirot) of Keter (Crown), Chochma (Insight), and Bina (Understanding) in the head.

Preparation: Begin by settling into a comfortable position. Make sure you’re fully supported completely at ease.
Body Scan: Fall into relaxation with a guided body scan
- Brainwrapping: Show some TLC for your brain by wrapping it in a cocoon of warm light
- Intention Setting: You will be guided to set a powerful Sankalpa/kavanah (intention) for this practice. Choose a meaningful, positive "I am..." statement that resonates with your heart and soul, reflecting your life's orienting resolve and deepest truth.
Externalization: Gradually transition back to your ordinary waking state and integrate the practice
