To do this, you need to be preserving all of your energy for completing the tasks that matter the most such as generating revenue, having conversations and making connections. You simply can’t waste your time and energy with midday burnout on tasks that can be delegated, otherwise you will end up resenting your business.
Stephanie reminds you that the work landscape is changing and employees now have more choice and negotiation powers post pandemic.
