Crystal is passionate about her platform because....
I have a Masters degree in Mental Health Counseling and also personally carry a diagnosis of PTSD. My children have ADHD and Autism. It has been my life's work to break stigma around mental illness and educate people on how many aspects of life are effected by mental health.
I plan on using media to spread awareness and education on this topic as well as continue my relationships with the National Alliance for Mental Illness and the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention to help with this as well.
