Rules around food gives us a sense of control. By making rules we feel we're taking action about our weight. But in reality having rules means we spend more time breaking them and rebelling against them. This causes weight issues. In this episode I disuss how we retire rules and diets if favour of something more peaceful and effective in the long run.
