Khaliah Guillory is a Certified Sleep Expert and the founder of Nap Bar, YUP YOU HEARD THAT RIGHT! This is a space that offers rest sanctuaries in airports, hospitals, and corporations to help reduce sleep deprivation and increase productivity! Khaliah has been featured on platforms such as Forbes, Essence, and Sleep.com!


We dive into Khaliah's path which began with years in a corporate job as VP of strategy at a financial institution where she was taking naps every chance she could. She felt that her contribution was not meeting her satisfaction and realized that even though she was great at her corporate job, she could no longer ignore her divine purpose to help solve sleep deprivation which lead to the idea of creating her own nap sanctuary for sleepy humans to rest, relax and rejuvenate. Through this came to life her own dream company, The Nap Bar.


Sleep and rest were the focus of our convo but we talked about so much more than sleep! If you are someone who has a dream of taking a different life path that feels intimidating or unattainable and feel afraid to take a big leap, this episode is for you. We talked about getting clear on your WHY and allowing yourself to let go of what you thought your life was "supposed" to look like to open up space for a whole new life lead by YOU.
