EP42: Setting Boundaries & Navigating Emotions During the Holidays (and in Life!)
Description
I bring you a solo episode today! This is an episode for life in general but the holidays have a way of amplifying what is already within us. The holidays have a way of creating a lot of joy for some people, and a lot of emptiness and sadness for people who may not have a loving relationship to their family, who don't live near family, who are grieving a loved one, and so many others. In this episode I help you navigate difficult emotions you may be feeling such as grief, loneliness, sadness, or any triggers that may be coming up for you during the holidays. I dive deep into why you may be feeling this way and help you explore ways to show up during these emotions.
