Chef Aiden Byrne from Li-Ly Restaurant discusses his illustrious career and the opening of his new restaurant in Knutsford, Cheshire.

From being the face of The Dorchester and the UK’s youngest ever Michelin starred Chef to working with some industry legends and running his own kitchens across the UK including Pied a Terre, Elystan Street and Manchester House.
