Ep 2 - SAID Principle
Description
In this episode we cover the SAID principle and how it sits on a spectrum with variability, and that it is transference we are most worried about for the individual. We also cover the basics of sets and reps and how this relates to the SRA cycle. Then we have a big chat on intensity, RPE, RIR and auto-regulation, and how this is used to meet the underlying SRA cycle and envelope of function principles. This chat has been broken up over 2 episodes so we will continue with this next in episode 3.
The links for the underpinning research and principles are the same as episode 1
