Josh Davey is in his first year of real estate, having overcome significant challenges in his personal life. After leaving school, Josh worked at his father’s building company. It was during this time that he was in a car accident. Undergoing surgeries and rehabilitation, this setback led him to a fork in the road.
With hard labour no longer an option, he decided to pivot and enter real estate. Having previously worked alongside many sales agents on new builds, real estate was an obvious choice. With the same determination that spurred his recovery, Josh launched into the industry and has put in the hard work necessary to succeed. It’s safe to say that Josh is no quitter.
With a genuine interest in meeting new people, Josh prefers to take a relaxed approach and believes in helping people to sell, not forcing them. He is currently focusing on building his profile within his community through a wide range of traditional and digital methods, with the aim to build his team in the future. Josh’s inspirational story is a reminder to agents at whatever stage to focus on your own progress.
